Studio Manager
Having a Studio manager allows our Artists to concentrate more on their Artwork and devote more time to their clients during tattoo sessions. We feel that this is vital and important to every Tattoo Studio, in order to give customers the best possible care. Katie will be working closely with our Artists to understand each of their skills, requirements and preferred styles in order to achieve this. She is responsible for managing all Artist’s diaries, handling the majority of customer enquiries and facilitating consultations both in person and over the phone/online.
Katie is the newest addition to our team (although she is no stranger to us) filling the role of Studio Manager.
After years of friendship with Gemma and Tara, Katie was unexpectedly asked by the pair to join the team in 2023.
It may have been an unexpected offer to Katie but when you take into consideration a few of her accomplishments, it's no surprise we persuaded her to leave her current job to come work with us.
Her first accomplishment to note is achieving a 2:1 in her degree for Crime and Investigation. After this she became a mother for the first time, changing her career path and introducing her to the Customer relations Industry. Always wanting to progress, Katie decided to challenge herself and take on a managerial role next. This eventually lead to another welcome challenge, becoming self employed and opening her own business! We shouldn't forget to mention this was alongside becoming a mother for the 2nd time. As the years passed and both her children were in full time education Katie decided to broaden her skillset further, venturing into electrics and even mental health services.
Fast forward to 2023 and her good friends (Us) found themselves with a vacancy for a trustworthy and motivated manager, the rest is history.
Katie has shown passion and belief in the Studio since her early days of friendship with the team, she is committed to assisting both Studios in reaching their full potential aswell as bringing a dynamic energy to the Company. Katie is dedicated to providing a high end Customer Service experience to the industry aswell as assisting the team with their daily and future aspirations.
